These Terms and Conditions apply to services offered by VitaShape Global Limited, a Hong Kong registered company (CR No. 77688798), doing business as VitanCore. By accessing our website (vitancore.com) and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Programs and Services
VitanCore offers virtual wellness consultations and practitioner-guided support plans designed to assist with weight and metabolic management. All services are delivered under licensed professional supervision and may include follow-up options based on individual progress.
Initial Wellness Consultation
New clients can access our entry plan at a reduced introductory rate of $799 (regularly $1,199/month). The plan includes:
• A private Telehealth consultation
• Personalized wellness plan with professional recommendations
• One-month supply of protocol-aligned support tools
• Free domestic shipping
• Optional follow-up support when applicable
Ongoing Monthly Support Plan
Clients may continue their programs with monthly renewals. Pricing is based on support level:
• Tier 1 Plan -$799/month
• Tier 2 Plan - $998/month
• Tier 3 Plan - $1,099/month
• Tier 4 Plan - $1,199/month
• Tier 5 Plan - $1,299/month
• Tier 6 Plan - $1,399/month
Commitment Savings Plans
Choose a pre-paid plan and save more over time:
• 3-month prepay - Save $100 total
• 6-month prepay - Save $250 total
• 12-month prepay - Save $600 total
Refund Policy Eligibility
We offer a full refund under the following conditions:
• A licensed provider determines that the client is not suitable for participation during the initial consultation.
• The client cancels the order before the consultation has occurred and before any support plan or logistics are initiated.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:
• The client fails to attend the scheduled consultation (no-show).
• The consultation has occurred, or support materials have been prepared or shipped.
• Subscription cancellations made after payment processing are non-refundable. However,
future billing can be stopped at any time.

Transaction Currency
All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Accepted Payment Methods:
• Credit / Debit Cards
• Zelle (U.S. bank transfers)
• Cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT - TRC20 / ERC20)

Delivery Policy
Once your plan has been approved following your consultation,
your support kit will be processed and dispatched within 48 business hours.
Please note:
• Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Delivery times vary based on region and carrier services.
